Answer

100 Hours of Astronomy officially begins on April 2, midnight at the International Date Line. This is 12:00 Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). To find the exact time in your time zone visit http://www.timeanddate.com/time/

100 Hours of Astronomy ends April 6, (16:00 Universal Time) four hours after midnight on the International Date Line.  So for someone on the International Date Line 100 Hours of Astronomy includes all of April 2, 3, 4 and 5, and four hours of the 6th.
